Individual Coaching

Here it’s just you and me, baby! Each session is tailored to you and your goals very specifically for optimum success. You deserve to gift yourself the opportunity to heal, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive setting. My coaching approach takes influence from positive psychology – a field completely dedicated to the enhancement of wellbeing and generating more meaning, satisfaction, and positive emotions in life. 

I currently offer three types of coaching:

1. Personal Wellness Coaching
No matter what you may believe, your overall health is foundational for building a life you love. This is what I focus on in this category of coaching. We will work together to mobilize your goals into action and collaborate on creating a plan that fits your current life and outlines a vision for your health, developing a healthy mindset, and instilling healthy habits in your daily life. 2. Relationship Coaching
The quality of our relationships dictates the quality of our lives. Romantically speaking, I coach singles and those in committed partnerships to make the best out of the relationships they have with people. Relationally speaking, I coach people to better engage and manage interactions with family, friends, or colleagues. Sometimes we need just a little bit of assistance to get back out there, or to learn some new ways of handling old or recurring problems. Some things we can cover together are:
