Mental health treatment through therapy or counselling is a worthwhile financial investment. However, especially recently, finances have been unpredictable for many while the need for services has been great. There are some local mental health resources that are free of charge due to government funding, private funding and grants, or the hard work and dedication of volunteers.
Please take advantage of the following resources if you are unable to pay for therapy out of pocket.
